I take Vitamin D, K, Quercetin, Zink, Vit. C, etc. Besides other supplements, I’ve been taking the equivalent of Dr. Zelenko’s Z pack religiously.
Drink a Boost everyday. I did that with my D3, C, Zinc, and B12 and it helped. I also used the Vicks shower pods and took hot showers.
Vitamin D, ivemectin if you can get it. Vitamin C wouldn’t hur t either. Stay away from testing.
When I had it I took amoxicillin because I am prone to sinus infections.
It’s not the virus that gave you. It’s the secondary opportunistic bacterial infection.
That “Horse paste” kicked COVID’s ass when I caught it the second time…neighhhhhhh! lol
Find a doctor or urgent care that you trust and contact them.

Wifey and I had it. We’re in our 60’s. Felt fatigued for about ten days. Yes, we were nervous after being told one would be fine and suddenly…BAM. We had none of that. It just gradually went away like a cold. (Imagine that!) We also took ivermectin. Yes, it was horse paste, but that’s all we could get at the time.

I tested positive on 2 rapid tests and my company just made me come in to do a PCR (?) test to send to the lab.

I had a doctor’s appt. on Monday with a new doctor and cancelled. Told her to call me back.
Vit. D3 with K2 is best.

I sleep propped up when I have resp illnesses (this season worst ever for me 2 or more long incidences of flu or cold either lingered or came back. More than 2 months sick). No covid vax for me.
I love this! I knew I was going to get it and am actually glad it’s finally hit, as long as I live! My immune system was strong before (haven’t had any kind of flu since my 20s) so now I won’t have to worry as much!
