Sambuccus is in all the stores…..use it…..close to or is Quecertin.
Drink fresh orange juice….lots of water. You will be tired for awhile after fever breaks….but you will be fine.

there’s some evidence that 50,000 units of D3 every other day for a couple of weeks is quite helpful ...
corticosteroid and bronchodilator inhalers are useful for pulmonary inflammation, as is oral azithromycin ...
i assume you don’t have easy access to ivermectin or hydroxychloroquine ...

Any other suggestions anyone can give me would be appreciated because I still am a little frightened. If you are relatively healthy, your chance of survival is about 99.7%, so you need not worry
Overload on Vit. D and zinc for a short period. I believe zinc contributes to my kidney stones, so I cut back immediately once I feel a little better

If you don't already have one, buy a pulse oximeter. You should monitor your oxygen saturation level multiple times per day. If your oxygen level drops below 90%, you should seek medical care.
You should also monitor your heart rate.

Oxalic acid forms kidney stones. Vitamin B6 deficiency causes higher oxalic acid. Bananas, melons, other fruits, boiled potatoes, rice have vitamin B6. There are more kidney stones among people with a vitamin d level of 50 ng/ml or more.

Watch out for blood clotting after you recover.
I had deep vain thrombosis right after I got better.
If you are on asperin, that probably helps... but any feelings of pressure/swelling in the calves... get it checked fast.

I’ve had it 3 times, maybe 4. Everytime I get it it gets easier and easier. For me COVID is just the sniffles AND NO TASTE OR SMELL.

Take vitamin D with K2.
Take Quercetin if possible.
Take only 50 mg of zinc, daily.
Take ivermectin from horse paste if possible.
These 4 things will clear out covid.
