I don’t know much about him but when he was talking about the Vaccines I saw a Trump level of boldness. I wouldn’t be worried about the climate differences, Trump is very stubborn, he’s not suddenly going to be all in on “wind” and getting energy from China. I’m not instantly negative on the idea.
RFK Jr’s bio on Wiki is worth a read before y’all get TOO excited. But I do think, if true, it’s a masterful move on DJT’s part.

Well, it’s not out of reach. We can espouse all day long here in our conservative den at Free Republic, But the reality is, the country is divided. Any republic pick will alienate more voters and invite snark from the Left. To pick a so-called democrat from the Kennedy family would be seen as an olive branch — at least drag over the few semi-sane liberals or blue-dogs/independents that may exist somewhere and are sick to death of seeing their 401K’s shrink and the country slide into total economic disaster.
We need a strategy to win — this country can’t afford another 4 years of progressive democrats (i.e. commies).
Some people here still think that is accidental.
