Excess Deaths Report is a rolling picture of how our population dies. Causes of death are given an ICD code, and there has been finagling with definitions, but the actual percentage of our population is reported, compared to the previous 2 years, on a monthly basis. And the rate of our dying is increasing overall since the CoVID inoculation appeared.

When was first COVID Death US: Feb 2020. Increasing exponentially from that date.

Correct. An autopsy is needed to see the entire effects of the 'clot shot's for a cause of death. Excess Deaths measure the change of the rate of dying in our populations.
Did you notice the 3 waves of increasing deaths as the CoVID 'vaccines' were rolled out?

vaccinations increased with time.
COVID cases increased with time.
But as you say only autopsies can assign the cause.
