Hyaluronic acid. It works. Buy it bulk. Put in water first, it sucks up moisture like crazy.
My husband is taking liquid turmeric, garlic, cinnamon, cayenne, and cat’s claw supplements, plus dried tart cherries. It’s got him off of pain meds.
I bookmarked this thread. I like running, but the arthritis in my knees is causing a strain in my leg muscles, so all these wonderful things being suggested like turmeric and other supplements to stop the pain and inflammation are worth trying in the near future. So I want to find this thread again.
