It doesnt circle the earth - its in a heliocentric orbit and trails just behind the earth held in position by the earth gravity

I think they are stretching it to call this a moon. It long into the article to share that it is only 30-50 in diameter! And since it is not in orbit around the Earth, how can they claim this small rock is a moon anyway?
