J6 has been distorted into some attempt to overthrow the government. It wasn’t serious like that. It was not 9-11, the Oklahoma City bombing, the attempted assassination of Steve Scalise and other congressional Republicans or the Puerto Rican nationalist shooting attack on congress back in 1954 (Carter commuted their sentences btw). It wasn’t the JFK or Lincoln assassinations.
It was a primarily peaceful protest that got out of hand thanks to bad actors and a SET UP by Democrats who wanted the optics. The only killing at the capitol that day was Ashley Babbitt.
He’s fallen prey to a narrative about Trump supporters and is a propaganda tool against those of us who see the lies, two tier justice, scams, schemes and other corruption of the system and call it out. We want a peaceful and prosperous America for all Americans (and legal immigrants) for us to each get a fair shake at our American Dreams and a fair deal in foreign affairs. We reject the cynicism and dysfunction of appeals to racism and victimhood. We are Americans First.
We reject the Democrats unity through fascism tactics. We support free speech even if we disagree and we protect the most vulnerable, the next generation, from coercion, deception, shaming, sexualization or mutilation in the false name of civil rights advancement. Leave the kids alone.
It’s not “white supremacy” to believe we should all have safe neighborhoods, shops that can profit and stay open because they are not raided by thieves, that able bodied people should earn a living to make ends meet and advantaged students who freely take on debt should pay their obligations. We believe in competition and foundations of education in necessary skills like reading, writing and mathematics. That’s basic fairness. It doesn’t mean eliminating a safety net but it cannot become a lifestyle choice or cultural norm.
We respect one another regardless of faith, ethnicity, age, marital status or sexuality because we are Americans First. Your civil rights cannot become a weapon of tyranny and intimidation. We persuade through debate not cancel culture, de-platforming, doxing, bullying or weaponizing the systems of government meant to serve the People not rule them.
