Why is there so much interest in slandering Doug Macgregor?
He is a private citizen.
His views of the war in Ukraine are the opposite of the U.S. government’s propaganda objective and Macgregor has a LOT of credibility with the public. Therein lies the truth.
If Macgregor is really full of it, why is it necessary for so many to constantly attack the man?
He doesn’t have a lot of fans on here. It’s pretty split.

He’s one of Trump’s biggest allies too and some see him in a future administration ....

Saying he is communist for example is utterly…..wrong. I am a close follower of his on YouTube and he has never once spoken of supporting the state taking over the means of production or endorsed redistribution of wealth.
I find his military analysis good and the only weakness I see is he is often wrong on the speed of his predictions. You can google him, he truly was astute and one of the group that helped to modernize our military.
When I read folks say “Ukraine is not out war, don’t care, …..” realize that Russia alone has control over casts amounts of natural resources not just oil and gas, metals, agriculture, fertilizer….. and controlling Ukrainian territory would amplify that controls d give them/Putin great power
Putin has long lamented the loss of power and standing in the world and one cannot just discount his rant’s about Ukraine not being a legitimate country…IMO this was putins attempt at trying to grab what he thought was the last low hanging fruit and with that grab regain at least some of the power of the Soviet Union
Though nearly( I say nearly because I may have missed the blind squirrel moment)all of what Macgregor has predicted has been wrong he may not be far off on this black rock is a huge entity that has a lot of control and like most power hungry entities looks for more
Either or both of those companies would probably ruin that rich agricultural land with their greed.

Don’t worry, with the DU and cluster munitions being shipped by the West insures certain parts will be never be “ productive “. Fact is the amount of exploded ( and unexploded) ordnance already used in the east makes the eventual “ clean up” next to impossible.
What next? The Ukies blow the nuke reactor? Fact is Ukraine will take many decades to even recover to post war levels. Manpower depleted, infrastructure destroyed, land severely polluted ( have you seen the photos of hundreds of thousands of kilometers of craters- those craters are full of toxic chemicals).
The RDX and TNT explosives leave behind deadly compounds.That soil is contaminated beyond use.
I think the guy is a nut and the war is his opportunity to blow his horn.

The Ukraine war is a war of aggression and conquest, which is exactly what has caused so much misery and death in World history. These wars have got to stop if we are to survive. What good has come of this war? Would Russia stop if they succeed here?
Because after all is said and done, Ukraine emerges as a “ rump” nation. Make no mistake, Vlad WILL keep his ethnic Russian Oblasts.
The “ rumored” negotiations teams being formed by the collective West is not a rumor. The negotiations are again “ rumored” to pick up where the failed Minsk agreements and failed Turkish peace talks left off…..at the very least, with Vlad keeping his provinces and the “ buffer zone” being discussed , leaves Ukraine with the least most productive territory.
The collective West is finally beginning to wake up.

I suspect that Blackrock has now noticed that the longer this war goes on means that Ukraine gets more and more powerful weapons...and thus the Russian-controlled security buffer that will be the end-result gets larger and larger, possibly getting to the point of all of Ukraine (which Russia has likely never wanted).
So Blackrock has made a few phone calls to their Neocon friends and there are now attempts to figure out how to end this war, while still retaining a sizeable chunk of (what was) Ukraine for Blackrock to cash-in on.

We are no different than a 1000 years ago coveting what others have, jealousy, envy, greed, ….. that is all this is but with much better ways to kill than a stick and a rock.
Putin is all these things, and we gave him the idea that he could get away with it after the 2014 slap on the wrist and strongly worded letters.
I think wars big and small will not end until we are finally gone, cane and able come to mind. And we have been in a roll ever since. Remember the war to end all wars, 20 years later we made the war to end all wars look like a campout.
And to answer your question no I don’t think he would have stopped if he thought he could get away with it. Weakness encourages aggression. Trump made it clear when he called out NATO nations for being lacks on defense and here we are
