I might buy one, I miss my flip phone and hate my current android phone.
I have an apple phone which may be better, but I have not used it yet cause I have only had it a few weeks
I really want a punkt phone, but they are overpriced

Apple and Samsung need some competitors that don’t track every move you make
Battery powered of course.
And it will weigh 10 pounds.................
I was just being sarcastic. LOL
At least that's how it works now with ICE drivers buying gas. There's a carbon tax that oil refineries have to pay unless they offset their refinery sins by paying indulgences known as RIN's (Renewable Identification Numbers, a much nicer sounding name than "carbon tax" or "carbon credits"). IIRC correctly, they can buy those at about 75 cents for every gallon of gas produced -- a cost passed on to consumers.

So was I!.....................😁
So the Elon Musk parody account is a sock puppet?
Looks so................
Maybe he will bypass google/androit and apple.
I’m beggin’ ya, Elon... Get the band back together ... That’ would be the Research In Motion band, and bring back BlackBerry.
It’s not a new phone that’s hard, it’s a new operating system.
And the trick would be to make all the Apps designed for both Android & Apple to also work on the new operating system. If anyone can do it it’s Elon, and if he does it he might become the world’s first trillionaire.
“Apple and Samsung need some competitors that don’t track every move you make”
That would be the original BlackBerry. It ended because it was too hard for government to spy on the citizens.
Given that he already has StarLink, it wouldn’t surprise me.
It would be extra fun if it’s internet worked everywhere with Starlink.
Watch....solar powered...set in on your windowsill..or car dash...
if it runs a de-spywared version of android or ios it’ll do well.
if it runs its own operating system its success will depend on app makers making apps that work on it.
T-Mobile said they were working with starlink to do just that. I wonder if Musk killed that deal to do his own thing. never really heard much about it since the announcement.
Mother Rucker once again reaching for his pearls of paranoia. And I know he lurks here after being banned what seems like ages ago.
You are always good for a laugh, JD. Get that through your tiny lesser hominid skull.
