Technically, Election Day has no official bearing on the real presidential election. Under the U.S. Constitution, the president is elected by electors who convene in the respective state capitals on the day appointed by Congress. For the 2020 election, this date was December 14th.
In every state, the law requires the electors of the winner of the Election Day "popular vote" to be certified as the official electors for the presidential election. But if the Election Day results are still in dispute on this date in any given state, it's pretty much a NECESSITY for the electors of both major party candidates to convene in that state capital and certify themselves as the official electors for the President.

Democrats keep pushing, pushing, pushing. They have shed all pretense of fairness and now naked power is all they want at any cost, including destroying the constitution.
Every day it becomes more and more obvious why they want to eliminate the sea on amendment!

This is a vastly overcharged indictment, and in a sane state, would have been vacated by the judge almost immediately.
Grand juries of late have been most curiously incurious.
The “crime” boils down to “being Republican in a woke Democrat Socialist state”.
Apparently that is actionable now.
