I absolutely do not believe Nessel is doing this on her own. I am certain she got direction and support and approval from Soros and the Democrat Party apparachiks. No way she just woke up one day and went down this path. This is all part of the Democrat’s reign of terror and until Republicans start marshaling forces it is a very short distance to midnight raids and disappearances with people decapitated and hanging from bridges.

Just show a chart of the vote data from Michigan as Biden took the lead. That alone is enough for a reasonable person to believe thievery was at play. We all know there wasn’t substantial audits or investigations done. That adds to any reasonable person doubt about the official results.

Are you sure they have to prove anything? Anything at all? It appears from here they can just act and rule. And there is no one and no institution that can stop them from doing whatever they wish. Burgeoning dictatorships are like that. And everyone is surprisedâŠuntil they see the writing on the wall and begin to get small and act accordingly, out of self-preservation.

Right now, we can complain all we want, but if we take any concrete steps and form any group to contest an election we'll be jailed.
After this becomes "established law," they'll move on to jailing anyone who even mentions vote fraud.
Just like DOJ they will carefully pick the venue to ensure a judge and jury who will convict.
The proper response to this attempt to criminalize political opposition requires more than a legal filing.
Who knows. Im assuming Michigan will have a harder time steam rolling these folks than the DOJ did with J6ers. Not every court can be a kangaroo court can it? Certainly are some folks out there with principles.
