I never heard about the ice cream or yogurt. I do know Paltrow was hawking rocks on social media but stopped when a couple of OB-GYNs wrote an article about the dangers because they were seeing women and girls in their offices who were doing the rock up the vagina thing and ending up with severe infections.

You do know that all the good bacteria (yeast) responsible for fermentation and rising is KILLED in the oven.
Sourdough tastes great but there are no magic properties left after baking.
What makes your bread wonderful is that it doesn’t have chemicals, oils, dough conditioners, preservatives.....It’s real food.
