That is all true.
My point was, I no longer trust the government in any way, and there is no level of illegality or tyranny that in my mind, I can dismiss or discount as outlandish.
Nothing.
I cannot tell you how depressing that is to me.
It saddens me in ways I cannot elucidate, to have that mindset.
Preplanned to take land or not, there are some strange things that happened. The most strange I have seen to date is in a video posted today by a local real estate agent who has become a citizen journalist. He has been putting in a lot of time filming and photographing Lahaina and the fire damage, as well as interviewing survivors. The video today is of two burn up cars along Lahainaluna Road near the Lahainaluna High school. What is strange is the two cars are in a vacant lot in a housing edition. The cars were in a fire so hot, that the aluminum wheels and the glass melted and the melted aluminum ran downhill in the lot. Granted, that happened all over Lahaina, but in this instance, nothing was burned but these two cars. The lot was mostly dirt with some weeds, and the surrounding houses were untouched. The grass surrounding the lot is untouched. Just the cars were burned. Nothing else. Now, how could a fire in a dirt lot with some weeds burn hot enough for glass and aluminum to melt? It is very strange.

That's a new one to me.
It certainly wouldn’t surprise me.
First there was a cyber attack on the space force surveillance center on Maui and then the fire for a land grab. Part of the last desperate gasp of the deep state.
It is for me as well, because I have taken note of what
things happened in NAZI Germany prior to WWII, and other
nations like China and Vietnam as they implemented the
Marxist model. And lets not forget Pol Pot in Cambodia.
So yeah, these are troubling times. The little street
urchins have no idea what they are in store for if they
defeat us.
What we have that they don’t, is a faith in the living
God. We know that intellectually we are in the presence
of Jesus the next thing we know. We just go home quicker.
Sadly, they do not. They will have earned it, but I
gain no pleasure from the rotten fate of others.
I hope this isn’t off track for you.
Keep the faith if that’s a factor in your life. No
offense intended.
It will be interesting what the final story on some of
those things is.
I have a hard time thinking the police tried to harm citizens
knowingly.
Please don’t be a rude asshole . I am a 50+ year Hawaii resident and have followed every second of the Maui disaster ,since it was happening . I have plenty of friends on Maui as well and have it from them that so much of this conjecture is pure BS . It was HELCOs failure to deenergize their powerlines , dispite red flags warnings 2 days in advance , a long drought stricken West and upcountry Maui , massive uncontrolled invasive species grasses, etc , bone dry , a passing hurricane and a nearby high pressure ridge which would exerbste the hurricanes effects. A host of other total civil admin failures then became a factor also So , please , go pound sand .
Brand is right- and this fire is a perfect example of his theory.
You forgot the State of Hawaii and the Kamehameha Schools, which are two of the biggest owners of land in the area.
You probably need revised numbers...
For an alleged lifelong resident of Hawaii you seem awfully blase’ about the horrific deaths of hundreds of Hawaiian children. “Oh well, these things happen.” Except they don’t.
With all due respect, you can KMA.
Thanks for that post. I grew up Catholic, but left that church for personal reasons unrelated directly to the theology involved. I have zero animus against Catholics, the clergy, or their brand of Christianity.
But it did not resonate with me. And as I regard myself as a Christian, I am trying to find my way to God. I have received a good deal of well meaning and well taken advice on this forum, and I am quite grateful for that, as well as your post.
I am striving to make God a factor in my life, and absolutely no offence taken, FRiend...
Eye opening interview, thanks for posting.
Fish summed it up best...it was stupid, to the point of being evil.
Given recent history I cannot believe believe anything the government unit says, whether it is favorable to my own view or opposite. I have to judge by reports of the people who bulled through the roadblock and escaped. The ones who obeyed the police are, of course, dead. Too many apparent F-ups, each of which was lethal to dismiss the possibility that the fire was seen by authorities as an opportunity too good to miss.
The fellow looks awfully pleased. Things must have gone in a way that agrees with him.
I’d be willing to bet it was more along the lines of 9/11. Pre-plan the take over... in the event something like this happened.
No. The stupidity of Hawaiian leadership could never plan such an event. It was pure incompetence and ghaia worship.
