TIMING IS EVERYTHING. Indictments right at the very beginning of campaign season. A few weeks later AS TRUMP IS CRUSHING IT IN THE POLLS, and now the Gag Order effectively silences HIS campaign.

With a case that is largely about Free Speech, Jack “Torquemada” Smith, is restricting Free Speech if this order is adopted by the court. Something tells me that the court will look the other way as strategic leaks are made to the compliant press to further the election interference “enterprise” that is persecuting Brandon’s political rival.
This is where Trump has to draw a line. At som point these people have to be significantly challenged.

He filed a gag order.. was it accepted by the court? He can file all he wants but gag orders are issued by a judge.
The way that’s written, anybody that supports President Trump is restricted. Wearing a hat, putting a bumper sticker on your car or wearing a T-shirt is covered.

It just occurred to me that Smith's gag order prevents Trump and/or his legal counsel from talking about anything in the trial that is NOT public knowledge...and that includes sharing it with family or supporters.
Being thrown in jail for exercising his 1st Amendment right and proclaiming his presumption of innocence would lead to 350+ electoral votes for him. Unfortunately, Democrats now blatantly steal elections with no legal recourse to stop it so no GOP candidate can win in 2024.
