RE:...gave up smoking....I gave up heroin in 1978. I gave up cocaine in 2006. I still like a drink occasionally.
Like the old joke I knew a guy who gave up smoking, drinking and chasing women.
He later looked back on it as the worst 90 minutes of his entire life.

He fell asleep in either a banana or coconut tree and fell to the ground. Doctor said he was lucky, had to have bleeding on the brain relieved. Some people party and live to be 100, others jog and live clean and die from a heart attack at 50. The mysteries of genetics and God’s plan/providence.
