Yup.

Not saying I agree with it. In fact it’s unlawful. Just stating facts in evidence.

National Socialist Party of America v. Village of Skokie, 432 U.S. 43 (1977), arising out of what is sometimes referred to as the Skokie Affair,[1] was a landmark decision of the US Supreme Court dealing with freedom of speech and freedom of assembly. This case is considered a “classic” free speech case in constitutional law classes.[2] Related court decisions are captioned Skokie v. NSPA, Collin v. Smith,[3] and Smith v. Collin.[4] The Supreme Court ruled 5–4, per curiam.[5][6] The Supreme Court’s 1977 ruling granted certiorari and reversed and remanded the Illinois Supreme Court’s denial to lift the lower court’s injunction on the NSPA’s march.[7] In other words: the courts decided a person’s assertion that speech is being restrained must be reviewed immediately by the judiciary.[8] By requiring the state court to consider the neo-Nazis’ appeal without delay, the U.S. Supreme Court decision opened the door to allowing the National Socialist Party of America to march.

....but isn’t he Jewish....? whose side is he on anyway...??
Skokie was the site of a Nazi/Klan rally some decades ago. They wanted to rally there because Skokie has a large Jewish population and, at that time, a large number of Holocaust survivors. Are there a lot of Palestinians in Skokie, or did did they go to Skokie for the same reason the Nazis did?
“Are the people who did this on a watch list?”
**********************************************************************************
Nooooo. The only people on any ‘Watch List’ are MAGA types and the few KKK members left.
Skokie is Chicago suburb just north.
Every satanic revolution needs an eternal enemy that can never be defeated on which to blame everything. In the revolution against God, it happens to be the Jews.
Skokie was the infamous place where the National Socialist Party of America applied to hold a march in 1977. After 18 months of travel through the court system, the Supreme Court finally allowed it, although eventually the NSPA never held their march in Skokie
Skokie had a high Jewish population, which was why it was targeted.
It where the movie the Blues Brothers got their “I hate Illinois Nazis” scene.
Now its come full circle - its the place where Hamas Nazis are hating on Jews.
Cook County, Illinois; once a majority Jewish village. Famous SCOTUS case: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/National_Socialist_Party_of_America_v._Village_of_Skokie
He’s of the “self-loathing Jew” variety.
