"It is wonderful news and we are relieved for our clients," Jacqueline K. Walsh of Seattle, one of Jairo Saenz’s lawyers, told Newsday about the DOJ's intentions.

Does Brandon take MS-13 bribes?

Sounds like the Administration is having a bit of trouble pulling-in the Hispanic Vote.

Silly Republicans, the death penalty is for gun owners, not for serial murderers.

Why is this a federal crime. If the DOJ is involved.

Be interesting to know where the DOJ prosecutor handling this case lives. I’m guessing it’s not on Long Island.

Won’t end well for them if their fellow gang members are smart enough to figure out they were working for the feds all along.

DOJ officials, from Garland on down, continue to give aid and comfort to the domestic and foreign enemies of the United States. For that they should be tried, convicted, and sentenced to a short drop and quick stop.

And they wonder why men don’t want to fight for this country after what it has been transformed into.

We’ll fight. Just not under the government, or under
control of the govt.

No one wants to say the democrats are working for the cartels. It is obvious.

Of course not. They’d rather send a 30 man SWAT team on a 5 am raid to arrest a dad who blocked the entrance to an abortuary.

Or scout out school board meetings. Or harass Catholic parishioners. Or denigrate patriotic American citizens.

Why does the DOJ have jurisdiction in Long Island? Seems like a local matter.
