Read headlines, post for everyone’s entertainment, run,

to eat crow or to return, that is the question.

As Bernard said to Abelard: Defend, emend, or condemn

(I suspect it sounds better in English than the original.)

Agree, the headlines often give a false or misleading impression and are at odds with the contents of the article. Modern journalism.

I know we've got thousands of useless idiots running around on college campi with useless "college student loan diplomas", but creating racist, expensive, affirmative action DEI jobs isn't the way to get them employed. Kick them off of the college campi and make them get a real job. ONE WHERE THEY WOULD BE FORCED TO WORK FOR A LIVING. AFTERALL, ISN'T THAT THE REASON WE SENT THEIR ASSES TO COLLEGE AND THEN PICKED UP THEIR TABS WITH OUR MONEY?

Millions to go, all right - millions of dollars in damages. I suspect Christmas will actually be pretty good.

He may win in court - but lefties are increasingly ignoring court orders, which takes even more time-consuming legislation.

That and the judicial system is corrupt.

Remember that bakery at Oberlin College?

“A jury found that the college had defamed the owner of Gibson’s Bakery and his family and awarded them $44 million in compensatory and punitive damages in 2019.”

Oberlin kicked and screamed, filed additional lawsuits to contest the judgement (all of which, thankfully, failed)

“Oberlin College announced that it would no longer contest the matter and would pay Gibson’s Bakery the sum of $36.59 million...Gibson’s Bakery received the entire payment in December 2022”

It took six years before justice was served.

In any case, if your stupid actions cost your institution millions of dollars in damages, your name in your profession will be pretty much mud. You’re likely to be out on your ass, with little hope of finding another comparable job.

“Is that really what you want to do?”

No doubt about it - Yes, that’s what they want.
The DEI (or, more appropriately DIE) crowd are demonic whose only goal is the death of Christian family values.

6 years but in the end the payoff was worth it, but the person would have been financially cripp.ed had judgement gone to the college instead upon appeals. Thankfully it didn’t.

I’d wait 6 years for millions, but just my luck, I’d have a heart attack getting out of my rocking chair to answer the door when the check arrives lol

I demanded the County GOP provide the entire County GOP Board, Directors and Officers coverage when I was elect to that Board 18 years ago. It’s even more important today. All boards down to HOA’s buy coverage, or they’re fools.

The bakery was lucky to stay in business during that time, they must have had enough loyal customers b/c the university did everything it could to destroy it, with protests lead by professors in front of the business (all of whom should have been fired and sued personally).

Yes, the judgement was worth it.

Will be interesting to see how the judgement against Rudy Giuliani plays out.

DEI elevates all above whites, so the minorities above the majority. Jewish people are lumped in with whites. Very twisted. Illegal under the Constitution.

Too bad the administrators cannot be sued personally.

Yes, in certain cases, they sure as hell can.

It the product of so much information to take in that we sometimes use shortcuts. Which more often than not, only tend to result with mea cuplas being offered up. 🙂
