Maybe the Florida legislature can have an inquiry why the NCAA only allowed Florida State 3 points? They thought not ranking them in the top 4 was some conspiracy. Looks like ranking then in the top 20 was a mistake.

Florida State:

Won the ACC
Went undefeated
Florida State’s 19-game win streak is the 2nd-longest active streak nationally, the 2nd-longest in FSU history and 3rd-longest in ACC history

Teams they played and beat this year:

LSU, Southern Miss, Boston College, Clemson, Virginia Tech, Syracuse, Duke, Wake Forest, Pittsburg, Miami, Northern Alabama, Florida, and Louisville.

So why aren’t they in the top 4 and considered for the national championship?

Because the committee that ranks the top 4 said:

According to the College Football Playoff selection committee protocol guidelines, the decision is made based upon a series of factors, one of which includes “unavailability of key players.”

In a statement by CNN’s Poppy Harlow and Phil Mattingly:

“This is not so much about the most deserving team, they felt that without Jordan (Travis), they weren’t going to be able to look as good on television, wouldn’t be able to have that many ratings.”

Today Florida State started third-string quarterback Brock Glenn and was missing most of their top skill players. They are testing next years players to find the best they currently have and don’t care if they win or lose. They got screwed so they are going to use the bowl for a glorified practice and ruin the bowl for the spectators and the sponsors. I guess they figured if they aren’t going to look that good, then won’t disappoint.

42 to 3 and we're still in the first half.

That game was over after the first quarter.
