Good on her for not recusing herself from the case. Just to be clear, the sentence she handed out was already submitted before he attacked her. Nothing changed. He got 19-40 months for the crime he was there for in the first place.
He will be tried in another court in front of another judge for the crime of assault and battery on this judge. I doubt he will be out of prison for at least 10 years, maybe more.
