Upstate New York stopped being a viable market for a NFL team. So the Bills should relocate to a new city such as Austin or Salt Lake City where they can build a new stadium with private funds.

I know it’s funny. That’s not the way it’s done. But they built new stadium in L.A. and NYC using private funds. Okay they’re the two biggest cities in the country. The point is that it can be done.
