The body makes what it needs to function properly and stay healthy from the sunshine it absorbs and chemistry it consumes. The better the chemistry, the healthier the body would be.
I’m guessing that the greater variety of God created chemistry one consumes in the proportions the body likes best, as found in fresh, whole foods, the healthier one would be and the less likely one would get sick or would stay sick for very long.
Also, gut health might be much better for those who eat a more plant based diet, which might make them more resistant to disease and better able to recover from illnesses than those who eat a more modern, high sugar, high salt, high fat, processed food based diet.
Eating a variety of fresh food that’s as close to how God makes it as possible seems like the best and easiest way to get healthy and stay healthy.
It’s because vegetarians and vegans are a sanctimonious lot and no one wants to hang around with them. The homeless who never bathe also have a much lower rate of coronapanic.
