Any of the Republican governors could end the illegals problem in 5 mins if they wanted. Simply make it a crime to hire illegals and the economic incentive vanishes.

To avoid the most expeditious they can report in and the G can provide transport by public conveyance to their origin. If they do not self deport or take the offer, load them onto C-5s and drop them anywhere beyond the 12 mile ocean territory.
