I'll bet it was a good football game. Close finish, high-stakes...it's all good.

There's no football in my home, never has been, never will be and I see no reason the change that.

When the NHL playoffs come around, I'll wake up. Sadly, they're doing everything they can to convince me to leave them and witness their own destruction from afar.

The left turns everything they touch to poo.

Someone here last week had another name for the Superbowl...funny as stink but I can’t remember what it was. Anyone remember seeing a post of a play on the words super and bowl?

And... a complete waste of time avoided by MILLIONS of viewers who knew what was going to be shown. 7 grand a ticket to attend the event!! Plastic banana woke crap and a lousy game.

From the article: "According to CBS Sports, 202.4 million viewers watched all or part of the game..."

"According to CBS Sports" - zero credibility there

"watched all or part of the game" - so flipping through the channels counts as "viewing" and flipping through the channels more than once is multiple "viewers"

CBS can claim all they want but my eyes don't lie that I no longer see fans wearing NFL clothing, never see bumper stickers or car window decals, never see flags in front of houses, don't see bars with banners out front, and have seen the Superbowl betting pools at work down to one guy who runs just one pool. Up until 10-15 years ago, I'd see it everywhere.

They're selling celebrity because they have nothing else to attract fans. Taylor Swift will pimp for football but like the Kardashians and basketball, the celebrity chasers will move on. (Leave Britney alone!!!)

The NFL wasn't going broke because they went woke, they went woke in desperation to stop the decline. It's not a coincidence that the NFL got into bed with online gambling and had the Superbowl in Las Vegas of all places. It's like the end of boxing as the dominant sport in this country - all that's left at the end is fixed fights before the sport drops into nothing. Former heavyweight champion Mike Tyson is regularly invited onto webisodes and he hasn't fought in almost two decades - he's the last revenue raiser for a dead sport.

Damn went to bed when Kelce bumped Reid, thought it was classless and signaled the end. Niners choked. Again.

This is the largest audience for a TV show in Amnerican history with 123.4 million viewers. The world record for a single game is an estimated 1.5 billion viewers for the 2002 FIFA Men's World Cup final, but then that's spread over 170 countries.
