The Seattle area is full of people like the subject of the story; they think of themselves as polite, but it's really more like civil. Until you disagree. Then it's like pouring water on a Gremlin,
For some reason it is meant to be less derogatory as a homeless person.
Perhaps similar to the press using the term “teens” instead of thugs.
Their was a local posting on the internet of how police were searching for three “teens”. Had a real good photo of one of them - a 20-something black guy with a full beard.
Washington State is pouring millions of dollars into the homeless problem.
Why do they pour millions of dollars into problems like salmon, polar bears, wolves and other “threatened” species but expect the exact opposite effect when it comes to homeless people?
She is a council rep in Barien which voted 72 percent for the senile imposter in 2020. ‘Nuff said.
A new Liberal Washing term. Much like Illegal Aliens became Illegal Migrants and now it’s just Migrants...

The news critters here in Knoxville started using the “unhoused” word a few months ago. This is the first time I’ve seen it in print.
Why do they have to keep coming up with new lingo? They aren’t smart enough to be embarrassed, either.
