I drive for Doordash,been doing it for over 3 years. We do deliveries all the time where WE have to actually shop for the items we’re going to deliver. It’s not just ‘pick up a sealed package and go’.
I am a Christian, and no less than 3 times, I have had to deliver Plan B. All 3 times, I have had to shop for the item. I delivered them without incident.
As I see it, I am just doing a job. It’s not my job to judge what someone has done with their life.
He was also one of the best jazz writers.
I’m a pharmacy tech, and yes, that’s how it goes - except with deliveries.
Where I work, deliveries are bagged into opaque plastic bags, labeled with a name, address, and order number, and a delivery service arrives (rarely do Uber and other similar services pick up from us, but it’s the same). They show their pickup list, make sure all orders are present, and don’t know what’s in those bags unless their app tells them - which it shouldn’t. That’s a HIPAA violation.

Takes two people for a pregnancy. There is an argument that men are unaware of an abortion.
The percentage of married men whose wives have abortions without the father’s/husband’s consent is not a high number. And they’re not whom I refer to here.

When a writer is ignorant about grammar, doesn’t he know it? Why would he embarrass himself?
Our local Walgreens uses Door Dash to deliver prescriptions. The bag is always taped shut. The delivery driver doesn’t know what is in it. I have to show my driver’s license to get the package.
Our local restaurants also tape all bags of food shut.

Another person said that they should file a safety incident with Uber, saying that they were “little creeped out & embarrassed by his unsolicited medical advice and religious chastisement.” This is one I agree with.”
The driver saying that they cannot deliver the abortifacient, knowing what it would do, is not “unsolicited medical advice and religious chastisement”. The writer is a idiot.

Plan B (as opposed to all the other products you mentioned) is available on store shelves, you do not need a prescription to purchase it. So the driver would simply walk into the store, buy the item, and take it to the customer. It wouldn’t be in a bag until the driver bought it.
It’s not always like a McDonalds order with the meal already packed and ready.. Anything can be purchased and delivered, and depending on what is requested the driver sometimes goes in and buys it for the customer.
I always agree to deliver large orders of fries but they always seem to disappear before I arrive at my destination. Strange.

One wonders, with this kind of logic, that is actually quite common, why the men aren’t lining up as the primary pro life sponsors, why they aren’t at the abortion clinics offering to take care of the babies and or marry the mothers. Why they aren’t waiting til marriage.

As a guy, I have to struggle to relate. Would I call a delivery service to make an emergency delivery of condoms? No. The world does not revolve around me.
If this girl/woman thinks she has a personal “emergency,” she should make the necessary trip herself. I quoted emergency as there is a number one can dial for a true emergency, 911. This does not qualify.

This sounds bogus to me.
I thought Uber Eats only did food. Guess I learned something.
I noticed a trend on the internet in last few years as is shown in the text in post #5 of putting the dollar sign after the amount like this: 17$ instead of the correct $17. How did this start?

Most of the ‘scenarios’ like this never happened, which is why they often have gaping holes. But they are interesting what if’s?
