Could be, but it’s the principle. What would the writer think if some other school parent took her 4-year-old home? How about if a random stranger took her 4-year-old home after recognizing that the school was careless about safety?

I see white parents in my area sometimes will live in the city while their kids are in elementary school but when they are ready for junior high they sell the house and move to the suburbs.
White kids are not safe in predominantly black schools. There is inherent hatred against white kids by black kids. If you have white kids or grandkids do all you can to get them to private schools, even if you have to go into hock.
The writer does not identity themselves or the place, so neither can any of the story be verified. It may be a work of fiction.
Vivek Ramaswamy went to a public school with a very high black population and was excelling. Until getting the cr@p beat out of him so bad he needed surgery. His parents pulled him out of the public school and put him and his brother in private schools.
This is a bit of propaganda to mitigate the black murder of a white girl in Missouri in high school. I would never send my kids to an all black school because I love them.

Because then they have to end up homeschooling their kids because the teachers spend too much time trying to teach the unteachable. It’s the #DiversityTax.
You are certainly right there. I taught in L.A. for sixteen years. They are NOT the same.
My son had the ‘privilege’ of being one of only 11% white kids at a black middle school in SC...
He started the school year at the correct school for our district and 2 weeks later we were informed that he had been moved to a black school in the next district..
he went from a very good school where the students were taught academics to the school where I had to teach him when he came home at night because there was little readin ritin and rithmetic...
They did however have a champion marching band with free instruments and uniforms and an invite to the first MLK Day parade in Atlanta...
My son played the Alto Eb Saxophone and was top of his class because he learnt to sight read the music while most of his classmates had difficulty..
But he did get to go on that trip to Atlanta cost free...
He rode on the bus to his new school passing the good school on the way ...

My daughter puts her kids around the dining room table with their books and lessons. They are not bothered by violence and ideologically malfeasant teachers at school.
Chances of white children getting knifed are much higher in black schools.
One observation I ran into several years ago is that of all the professions, public school teachers have the largest percentage of their children in private schools or homeschooling.

I understand that poverty limits options, but were all other options (including moving to a different area of the country) considered?
The kid is going to get beat to a pulp because their parent is stupid.
