Duncan Hunter was on Fox, O’reilly’s show I think last week, and he was spinning like a top about how the crap-sandwich budget deal was “the best we could get”. Pretty poor.
Sarah took the numbers apart in her speech yesterday, “less than a billion” cut and “accounting tricks” - she says it like it is and I have a feeling we ain’t heard nothin’ yet!
Anyone know of a reason she might be spending time in the St. Louis area lately?
I was wonderin’ where he’s been LOL.. now I know. Anyone know what happened exactly ?
pissant made a sexual slur involving Sarah Palin & Tammy Bruce.
In CA there is even a chance for victory. It has to be with democrats. There are not enough Republicans to do it with turnout even if Obama’s turnout is depressed. Anyone with inroads into PUMA groups that can get our message out to the disaffected democrats, should register at organize4Palin.com. There are lots of democrats who can’t take anymore of this guy and we need to get them involved.
Yawn. Another jerk who doesn't pay attention.
That about says it all. The media would like to portray the "independent" as somehow thoughtful, nonpartisan, deliberate in making up his mind. In reality the average independent is apathetic and doesn't pay attention until he has to, and even then won't do any work (like digging) to make up his mind. Momentum will carry the indie because he doesn't care enough to go against the flow.
I agree. I think Donald is working to get BHO out of the way so Hillary can win. But I am old and what do I know?
It is to be hoped.
She needed the the time to campaign without announcing, and to build alliances, and didn’t need to spend it jet lagging her way around on day trips while she was supposed to be governor-ing. :’)
“Her campaign started with her resignation as Alaskas governor.”
The PDS’ers pretend not to understand...
[nodding]
You’re right.
No, Sarah is MY girl! :-)
What a maroon. No, she doesn't have to "win all those in the middle", she (or anyone else running) just needs a majority of them. Phrasing it in that fashion is just another back-handed attempt to push the "she can't win" meme by saying she has to meet an impossible standard that no one else has to aim for in order to be competitive.
And frankly, she might not even need a majority of the middle. The conservative base is larger than the liberal base, and more strategically located -- liberals tend to be clustered in urban areas, whereas conservatives are more spread out across the country -- and conservatives, with an actual conservative running, are more likely to be motivated than liberals who have to defend the indefensible.
I think she’ll run. Imagine the 2008 debates if she had been there amidst those cardboard cutouts (Romney, McCain, Huckabee). Once the primaries begin, she will benefit by way of her candor and her contrast with the the beltway crowd. It will be interesting to see. The chief charge against her will be inexperience, as it was last time, but that does not carry much weight seeing as how the establishment has screwed everything up.
I was first, so there!!!!
Sorry, Sarah is my girl!
