I think they may be using that humongous, long & wide hospital gown to construct and conceal a ball-like contraption similar to this one, around her lower half, so that every time she stumbles and falls after hitting the sauce too hard, she will bounce right back up to an upright position again. (She won't need someone to always catch her, and thrust her to an upright position, as the round, built-on base will automatically take care of that for her, similar to a gigantic weeble-wobble. They'll use that oversized gown to conceal this gizmo. See photo below.)

They are not going to step aside for this crazy sow like they did in 2016. Hitlery Rotten Criminal will have plenty of competition.
Unless Pickles Clinton decides to engage in Arkancide yet again, it will be a crowded field, and will look like the bar scene in the first “Star Wars” movie.
