Your're right Rooster... powerful people use frontmen because citizens would NEVER elect them... they have major easily seen flaws. That's where the AOC's of the world come in - 'attractive' useful idiots.
The real answer to the dilemna(if one existed)is to ignore both of these views, but Cortez has the more extreme wrong view. Big surprise there.
