Interesting. I’ve also read that Vitamin D helps prevent viruses, but with everyone hunkered down in their homes, we’re less likely to go out in the sunshine and get Vitamin D. The ramifications of all that we’re doing to “save ourselves” might not be so good.

My account was permanently banned several months ago, after many suspensions.
My crime? Stephen King was, as usual, making a complete fool of himself with another Anti-Trump rant. I can’t remember who King was defending, but it was a Deep State hack slandering Trump.
King praised the Deep State Leftist as a “national hero”. I tweeted that the driver of the van that struck King several years ago was a national hero. That was the end for me.

If you go back to many of my early replies, I was suggesting/urging people to get out in the sun for 30 minutes to raise their Vitamin D Levels and Dopamine levels.
Then, suggesting if they had a dog to walk the dog in the day light to get exercise for them and their dog as well as vitamin D Levels.
My wife and I try to walk outside for a mile plus some where between 12:30 pm to 3:30 pm. We also open our doors and windows during our walk if it is nice outside.

Going outside in the sunshine most surely “boosts immunity” to most if not all respiratory viruses if you do it every day. Vitamin D supplements do the same thing, being pretty much sunshine in little gelcaps. In tropical zones where the sun is always high the D supp is not needed for people who get outside daily all year. In temperate and northern climates where one covers up in the cold weather and the sun is at a low angle the Vitamin D is an effective preventative for flu and colds.
Yeah I recently stocked up on C, D, Zinc and a good multi. I swap everyday. One day C, D, Zinc next day the multi. Zinc seems to be a key to preventing/curing Convid19.
And Trump’s press briefings are now banned on increasing numbers of “major” media outlets.Will DJT and conservatives have any access at all to MSM and social media, maybe the whold internet in October? Will DJT be able to keep his voters enthusiastic when they do not see him or pro Trump ads or hear him on the screen for a month before the election but instead hear and see incessant Democrat material? I and my family and acquaintances that I have proselytized have been taking D supplements for years- 15 for me- and have not had flu or colds and have not taken flu shots in that time. Sunshine is best, but only in the summer, and I work nights so don’t see the sun much.
D3- I take 5000 iu daily- is proof against normal seasonal viruses and colds and may be against the CCPV.
