How does one get rid of any type of voting, without controlling the legislature, or the ability to get public voters to agree per vote count?

The right needs to do whatever the left is doing, and do it better. The time to play nice is long, long over.
And perhaps in ten years or so, that may come to fruition. However, what is more likely to happen is that, while we twiddle our thumbs over stuff that isn't going to do a damn thing for 2024, the left is going to sweep elections by all means necessary. Eventually, the talk of outlawing vote by mail will simply go away.
In a Democrat-controlled state there is no way to "hold state legislatures accountable" by voting. That is the entire point of Democrat vote fraud.
Other methods are required.
The fact that the GOP (Trump) is actually advocating this is the best evidence yet that we have lost this country.

Yes I know that. I was talking about states\jurisdictions with gop majorities or at least competitive. There’s been too many examples of complacent gop majorities doing nothing. They can be replaced.

We can promise all kinds of goodies. We don't actually need to deliver them. See the current proposals for "Reparations" in California. Five million bucks a head. No, that money will never be paid, but the show will bring in the voters. And the grifters on the committee will make bank.

I've got nothing. Maybe we will see the whole system collapse. Politics follows the culture. MOAR voting is certainly not going to fix it.
