"And as long as there is early voting, etc...don't encourage “every” voter to show up only on election day."

The point of everyone showing up on election day was to prevent the Criminal Democrat party from either erasing/removing Republican votes (More chance your vote will be counted if you show up on election day.) or, to stop the D's from knowing ahead of time, how many votes they need to manufacture, to win a given race.

Also, at least in my blue state, the ballot envelopes now arrive with holes placed strategically in them, which probably identifies which party they are for, or lets people see how someone voted? What can be done about that?

And IMO, the top priority should be to get rid of the machines, if nothing else.

But, then again, we are dealing with criminality on such a massive scale, and with a DOJ that appears to be in on it, how to overcome that?

For reference see Kari Lake's assertion that Arizona's Katie Hobbs works for the drug cartels.

If that is true, it would explain a lot of bizarre things that have been happening in this country.

And I suspect there may be many more politicians on the Cartel's (or CCP's) payrolls?

🤔

“So, if I am caught speeding and another car speeds by not apprehended. Assuming I have it documented I can use that to get out of the ticket?”

No, because “selective prosecution” is about prosecuting people who HAVE been apprehended differently. It’s not available just because police can’t catch every criminal. So you’d have to change your example to something like two people both got pulled over for the same offense, and the police arrest and charge one but not the other. In that case, you might be able to use the “selective prosecution” defense.

“Can’t the prosecutor say “Prosecutorial discretion”?”

Sure. Not every defense is automatically successful, and there are counters available to just about every defense. But to make a successful argument for “prosecutorial discretion”, the prosecutor must then go on the defense, and demonstrate that their discretion wasn’t arbitrary or improper. So you’re already in a better position than you were before, when you were the one on the defense.

We should but then again we have a GOP establishment that pisses themselves because Trump said something offensive in a speech to their good friends across the aisle.

Reagan and Trump were lions trying to lead a bunch of timid rabbits which still infest the Republican party at the national and state levels.

Like asking whether we should have let the Marines use live ammo on Guadalcanal...

Today, we are in a war for survival!
Doesn’t anyone want to win?

We all know how this would end. Republicans would be prosecuted for doing precisely the same things that democrats are doing. It might even be labeled an “Insurrection”.

Well, it seemed like a good idea at the time. It just did not work. We must learn from our opponents and do what works.

Collecting ballots as early as possible works and is still legal and ethical. To the extent that voting still matters, that is one of the things we must do.

Likewise, we will need observers at every stage of the ballot collection process to ensure that ballots from our side are counted and counted accurately. It is a full-time job for several people down at the county clerk office for a couple of months.

Another poster suggested that we insist on ballot drop boxes at every shooting range in an area. The general idea is sound and needs more expansion. Drop boxes in my area are generally at libraries, police stations, and across from a county courthouse. They should not be located at churches, schools, or in shopping malls. Even libraries should be discouraged as locations. These are Democrat strongholds where tampering and injection attacks are more likely.

In areas where we do get successes, the next order of business must be to purge voter rolls. When dead people, imaginary people, inactive "voters" and people who have moved out of area are purged from the rolls, the Democrats will have a much harder time coming back into power.

Should the GOP pursue? :

grooming,

money laundering,

war, war, war,

racist policies,

ETC.

Ballot harvesting and mailin are corrupt Democratic policies — as are all the other ones I mention, above.
The question is akin to: wanna join us in ‘Ell?

Absolutely. Conservatives need to take the mentality of: if they pull a knife we pull a gun.
**********
True, except that conservatives need to stay well back from the fuzzy line separating the legal from the illegal. Remember — we have a dual justice system, where they can pull a gun where we cannot.

That was state law in GA, AZ, PA and WI in 2020. Those paws were ignored.

Yes. It absolutely must until it can get in office and pass strict election integrity laws. Otherwise, they are just tying one arm behind their backs because the Democrats are going to use every dirty trick in the book to get power and keep it.

Those paws were ignored.

Then you go back to the well and rework the law or replace the judges that threw the law out. Ballot harvesting is borderline fraud anyway, and we should not be playing that game. Besides, trying to out ballot harvest the Democrats is like playing chess with Bobby Fischer. We would lose every time. They have been playing the ballot harvest game for primaries and local elections since Tammany Hall. And since they are an urban party, they can do it much more efficiently because their geographic footprint is smaller.
