I guess this is what I tuned in to hear Chris Matthews talking about. I missed the beginning of the report, but Chris referred to having the discipline to turn the mike off.

I agree with all of you. Remember TheresaTheHeiress said Kerry has nightmares and flashbacks of Viet Nam.

I think the flip flopping he does on issues indicates his instability in a very real way. He appears, at best, to be schizophrenic. He is showing more and more signs of hostility - similar to his anti war movement days. He is rebelling against the government he represents.

I just heard the clip and it was as Howlin transcribed up thread about "the most crooked lying group" or some such and Carl Cameron said his staffers failed to come up with any Bush administration or campaign names that fit Kerry's description. All they could point to was the doctored Fonda photo and that Vietnam vet that stepped forward to denounce Kerry--Howlin, I know you know who he is.

Cameron took care to report that though whoever did the photo (hehe) and the vet may well be Republicans, the Kerry campaign could show no connection to Bush at all.

It's just not as fun as the Clymer event we Bush supporters got from Dubya and Big Time.
