My dad had a Union Oil representative shout at him with obscenities back in the 70's because he refused to take a loss and buy their brand of tires. When the rep stopped swearing at my dad, dad simply replied "What does this look like to you as he pulled on his own ear"? And then followed it up by saying "it's not a trash can, so don't treat it like one!" Then he told us later at dinner that people who continually swear are in desperate need of expanding their vocabulary and thus are limited in their mental capabilities! HA! I love my dad - he's the best! And he's still going at 73 years old!

"That is not consistent with the senator's recollection."
This is the same junior senator that was paid millions of dollars for her memoirs. Hitlery displaying selective memory.

About halfway down the aisle, a young woman with dark hair and thick-rimmed glasses abruptly came in front of me and said, 'You sold out, you motherf-, you sold out!' I kept walking, pretending to ignore her." The potty-mouthed protester was none other than Hillary Rodham. Califano didn't take her outburst personally. early three years later, he offered her a job at the bluechip Washington law firm Williams, Connolly & Califano - but she opted instead to join future hubby Bill Clinton in Arkansas. What does this say about Califano's judgment -- he offers a job to somebody who called him an MF?

With all due respect, I disagree. The more "tell all" books that come out on the Clintons will keep the rest of the DNC from using them as campaign props, and will undercut x42's porno memoirs which I expect out before the election in a pathetic attempt to establish his "legacy".
And the more time that is spent by the Dems reliving the Clinton years, the more air that is sucked out of the Kerry campaign (it's already on life support with all the stupid things he says), but another stake at its heart should assure President Bush's reelection. There should also be some more dynamite books from Rich Lowrey like "Legacy", Miniter "Losing bin Laden", and the like.

Anyone who wants to tell a Hillary or Bubba story today, much less write a book about it should be ashamed. Talk about your little too late's. You're right..

Thanks for posting this. I remember when folks were shocked at President Nixon's use of such language on the White House tapes. That's right about the same time when Ms. Rodham (dis)gracing our nation's capital.
It'd be interesting to hear Jerome Zeifman's recollection of her conduct back then.

I'm still wondering what happened to her headband.....
Remember, the hairstyle (tactic) she used a few years ago when she was trying to play up her feminine side? She also dropped the "Rodham" from her name for a minute or so.

After Hillary speaks on the Senate floor they have to edit out from the record all the "you knows" she says constantly. With that in mind let me correct this: 'You, you know, sold out, your know, you, you know, motherf-, you know, you sold out! You know!'
Ah, all those "you knows!"
She knows, and We Know ...
