Not only are they always fighting the last war, in most cases they're surrendering. Sums up Kerry's national-security platform very well. He's trying to lose the Vietnam War. Thanks in no small part to him and his apparent perjury, sedition, and possibly even treason, more than fifty-eight thousand young Americans died in vain.
Yet he has made that war that he lost a centerpiece to his campaign three decades after losing the war.

Another EXCELLENT ANN COULTER article and that is a LOVELY photo you posted of Ann! She is just as nice and smart as she is pretty!!!! We all enjoyed meeting her at the October 1998 Freeper Rally in DC. She had a lot of the guys eating out of her hand! LOL She wanted a FreeRepublic hat. She got one! I think the guy would have given her his shirt, too.

I think I've finally got the correct metaphor to compare Mark Steyn and Ann Coulter's writing styles. Mark is a superb s(wordsman) skewering his opponents with deadly accuracy. Ann is John Henry. The liberals are spikes. She pounds them into the ground with deadly (comic) force.
