Better yet not. Turns out hindbound is spelled "hidebound" and means "ultraconservative," which Kerry decidedly is NOT.

Well, I read the "hindbound" to be a spoof on the word "hidebound", with your word meaning backward-looking, left be-"hind" the times. That perfectly describes the candidate who thinks we're fighting VietNam and are stuck in the 1970's, LOL! If it was a misspelling, it was still remarkably clever in its application to the candidate of yesterday's news!
