Did Brolin personally know President Reagan? Why would they choose Mr Barbara Streisand to comment on a man's whose greatness he can't even dream to achieve.
To: hbhuis
I couldn't bear to hear James Brolin talk about Reagan.

Brolin to comment on Reagan?? If that is the best they can put together CBS is even more lame ass than I thought.
To: MEG33
His audaciousness at the time of President Reagan's death is inconscionable.

This is a tasteless joke, right?

What does James Brolin know? Silence right now, by the Left/Liberal/Screamers would be classy. Not holding my breath.
I concur with the above post about JB shutting up.

Just another democrat, blind to what is fitting and appropriate.

If the heads of CBS have even a dozen viable brain cells left, they will realize this is a very bad idea.

If that is the best they can put together CBS is even more lame ass than I thought.Maybe Dan Stinking Rather pulling the strings. I watched ABC's Donaldson and even Jennings be pretty respectful in their tribute tonight, but Dan's was negative, depressed and depressing as usual, centered around Iran-Contra and Oliver North. Rather is a miserable, way-overpaid jerk.

Judy Davis and Brolin were NOT kind to the ailing Reagan with their comments during the TV show controversy.
Who the hell is he to talk about Ronald Reagan

Now, now, LRG... Let the pool boy have his moment in the spotlight.

DID ANYONE SEE WHAT DAN RATHER JUST DID!???
Rather was getting to the end of their presentation on CBS. He was rather moving. I was so pleased at the respect he was giving Reagan. Rather was giving Reagan high tribute.
Then, after the last line. Rather, very very obviously PUSHED HIS TONGUE INTO HIS CHEEK! What an ass!

Silence right now, by the Left/Liberal/Screamers would be classy....and therefore out of character.
