Looking into it some more, this source:

says the planes are painted black and do not have a visible tail number. That doesn't mean they are not assigned one.
Do they recycle tail numbers?
Google n9030m and you find it is a different plane with no evident link to DynCorp.
Pretty cool that google knows what a tail number is.
Yes, I see that.
But two facts remain: A similar plane went missing in 2001.
And googling that tail number now returns a different plane.
DO they recycle tail numbers? Or are these tail numbers "fake?"
