True....same media that put him in office..is on a crusade to take a good and honorable man out of office. Why? They
can't handle truth and honesty and a man who loves this
country and will defend it, but also go on offense when it
warrants it...the Hollywood libs, chicken Democrats and a
few RINO's can also be included in the "bash Bush" crowd
and I for one hope that GWB...takes 47 states...give them
Massmychooseits..and 2 others.....Jake

This question sent CLintoon into a rage: "The American people have a lot of questions about illegal money from China and the campaign-finance scandal."

"The weekly said Clinton then branched out into an attack on media intrusion into the private lives of public figures." Here's a suggestion for you, Slick. Then don't write books about your private life and go on media tours to promote them.
And this man is supposed to be bright?

I thought that I had heard somewhere that he doesn't mention Monica Lewinsky by name in the book. Does anyone know if this is true. Just wondering because all the articles are written as if she is mentioned by name.

Last night Drudge had a picture of Clinton posted, I assume during the interview. It was a side view, he was clinching his jaw to the max. His nose was purple and his right jaw, all up the side of his face was knotted up and purple, absolutely reddish purple.

Clinton's legacy will be Monica. It already is. I find it quite amusing as he tries to change it, but it will never be anything else.

Back when Clinton was still "in orifice," a photo was posted here of bubba screaming in Paul Sperry's face at some barbecue event for the media. Sperry had dared to ask Clinton when his next press conference might be. Slick looked like his eyes were going to pop out and his head was going to explode. When Clinton finished screaming, Sperry just calmly repeated his question.

And Impeachment.
No matter how much he calls it a 'badge of honor' and 'he beat impeachment', he didn't. Parsing doesn't change history. Clinton WAS impeached!

"....in the 957-page tome has focused on the Lewinsky affair, one of the "old demons" that nearly brought down the world's most powerful man.Too bad no one sat down with Clinton as a youth and read to him; "The Rhyme of the Ancient Mariner", by Samuel Taylor Coleridge. The point of the poem being both matrimonial fidelity and personal integrity to one friends and acquaintances. And so for Bill:
"Ah wel-a-day! what evil looks
Had I from old and young;
Instead of the cross the Albatross
About my neck was hung.

Some FR poster made a comment a day or two ago about a Clinton rage. The poster said that the reason George Steffonofolus quit was that Clinton was always loudly screaming profanities at him daily.
[I had not heard that before.]

I'll believe this when I see it. We were snookered once before during the grand jury testimony. I think this is just book sales hype.

The weekly said Clinton then branched out into an attack on media intrusion into the private lives of public figures. What has that to do with anything? clinton's affair with Lewinsky was nothing to do with his "private life" - It was done in the work place (YOUR Oval Office), during working time (Supposedly doing "the peoples work") with an employee - not on his own private time.
No one, at any time, investigated anything that went on in his bedroom.

LOL!
No, if they went to a counselor at all, it was only for show. All they had to do to keep the marriage intact was to remind each other that while married they can't be forced to testify against each other.

It says it will be broadcast, but can we see it in the US?
It is not entirely clear about this episode as it is a special edition, rather than the usually scheduled Sunday evening; but the latest programme is available to watch from the B.B.C. web-site. Look at
http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/programmes/panorama/default.stm for more details. The report of tomorrow's programme seems to be terribly bland, but newspapers clearly indicate a
fun showing.
