Someone on FR posted the other day that during his acceptance speech, Kerry kept pushing his upper teeth with his tongue, as if his false teeth were slipping...yes, old folks tend to do that. Now he's slobbering? A trip to the dentist would seem to be in order.

That is often seen as a sign that the speaker is lying.
