She was given SODA, even though the testimony was it was inappropriate to treat her pedophilia. So, after being convicted and sentenced, she was diverted to a non prison setting. Obviously she was not to contact her victim.
She contacted her victim within days. They were having sex within weeks. It was discovered again. A second child resulted.
While she was in prison, she contacted Vili with a very nice note that included a threat to cut off his genitals if he looked at another woman.
MKL is a sick woman, and everyone knows this. She is also moderately pretty, and a very skilled manipulator. An eight year old, a twelve year old or a 30 year old would be easy pickens.
MKL ruined this kids life. MKL ruined her husband's life. MKL ruined her four other kids life.
She was a teacher. That's one of the factors for a high sentence. She was given a chance she should not have been given, and screwed up. That's why she served all of her time. She is categorized as a level 2 sex offender.
The real information from the trial and not the sappy news stories is pretty disgusting.

IMO , right now she probably feels she has to return to him or all "they" went thru will have been for nothing but he isn't forbidden anymore and I think she'll lose interest.
The only thing I learned from this story is The New York Post is eager to use sex to sell newspapers ... and that isn't new either.

How much did Vili get out of the lawsuit when he sued the school district a few years ago? Who has their 2 kids? Neither one of them deserve the kids.
It's probably all gone now. I remember when they were getting support money from the state because they were destitute. All the while they had a cool $250,000 from book royalties in France.
They lost their suit of the police, for not keeping them apart. Seems the police kept catching them.

This woman is a real puzzle. Now that the boy is 21, a high school drop-out and loser, what does she continue to see in him. Will she have to tutor him, or will they simply have continuous sex until she hits menopause?

I have read and heard alot about this case. I know both sides of the story, i have seen MaryKay speak her mind on tv. I dont agree with her pleas. Everyone knows shes sick in the head, its a chemical imbalance. No one knows why or can control how a person thinks. I personally dont see what a person can be attracted to when theyre 34 and their partner is 13, its too much of a parent relationship. Note that I dont oppose older men dating younger women, or vise versa but however, theres a line not to cross, no matter how mature you think the 13year old is. maybe your IMMATURITY matches their maturity level. My partner is 13 years my senior BUT I did not have relations with him prior to 18. So the maturity level was not so different as if it were a 13 year old and a 34 year old.
I believe that Mary kay should be ordered not to have contact with villi even if she served a sentance. its just not right. Regardless if they bore children or not, villi was a victim in the case and if he is a victim then why should the offender be allowed to contact the victim if she committed a lude act of sexual intent and was prisoned for it? doesnt that defeat the purpose of why she was imprisoned? if the justice system does not demand marykay not to see her victim then theres no reason they should have prosecuted it because shes just seeing the guy anyway. its all screwed up and someone should do something about it.
