You notice that every single story against the SwiftVets has McCain mentioned at least once.
Pathetic. I like him less and less - but then I was never a fan. He's a RINO.

Based on Fred's logic, then Fahrenheit 9-11 should also be prohibited since Moore admitted that the sole purpose of the movie is to get Bush out of office.

I noticed Susan Estrich is a member of the board of directors of this non-partisan bunch. Anybody know anything about that Westheimer guy? Any email address for these people. I would love to give them a piece of my mind!

"We this think is open and shut, that the only purpose of this group is to influence the presidential election," said Fred Wertheimer, head of Democracy 21. Have they registered a complaint against Michael Moore, the Weinsteins, and the CANADIAN company that is distributing Fahrenheit 9/11?
The movie ends with the phrase "DO SOMETHING" and Mr. Moore's website tells viewers just what "something" is (including buying votes with food, sex, or beer).

Even simpler than that. All Kerry has to do is release his military records and we will know.
The dims are doing everything but have Kerry answer the questions.

This opens the way for the Republicans to sue the dems 527's. Wonder if they'll rise to the occasion?

You notice that every single story against the SwiftVets has McCain mentioned at least once. amazon.com excerpted McCain's "dishonarable and dishonest" comments about the swiftboat vet ad and published them as a fake "editorial review" about the "Unfit for Command" book on their website.

A couple of key questions. Who recommended Kerry for his first purple heart? (Best bet is it was Kerry himself.) Who supported and approved the recommendation? (Seems most likely that it was a member of the Kennedy family.)
Answers to both questions, and more, are in Kerry's military records, which is why they will not be released.

"The ads are not meant to influence the presidential election. The ads are meant to tell the truth about John Kerry's service record so people can make their own decisions," Russell said. This will be an interesting case to watch because the above statement cuts right to the "free speech" issues that were being discussed when this law was passed.
