I think it was the first link that says:

Broken Arrow means "we misplaced a nuclear"
or

This is slow to load, I quit before it was done, now wish
I had given it more time, lots of info and photos.

1- Broken Arrow means an accident involving weapons has occurred.

1- Bent Spear meant an incident had occured.

3- Dull Sword meant there was a potential hazard, could be to the missile or the the vehicles moving them.

Nuclear missile allegedly damaged

A Trident nuclear missile may have been damaged while being removed from the USS GEORGIA in Bangor, Washington. The Seattle P-I has this:

As the P-I reported in December, the top leadership of the Strategic Weapons Facility, Pacific -- responsible for handling intercontinental ballistic missiles at Bangor -- was sacked on the spot. Three officers have been reassigned and three enlisted men face courts-martial on lesser charges.

According to Fitzpatrick, the Nov. 7 incident happened when the missile from tube No. 16 was hauled up and smacked into an access ladder that had been left in the tube, slicing a 9-inch hole in the missile's nose cone.

Civilian agencies were not notified of the accident as they should be if such an accident occurs.

MO readers will know that the GEORGIA is slated for conversion to an SSGN Cruise Missile Submarine next year, and is currently participating in a proof-of-concept exercise called Silent Hammer. Although not yet converted, the GEORGIA is acting the part of an SSGN. Perhaps the missiles were removed in preparation for this role?

He operated a terrorist training camp at Derunta, Afghanistan where he provided hundreds of mujahidin with hands on poisons and explosives training. Since 1999, he has proliferated training manuals that contain recipes for crude chemical and biological weapons. Some of these training manuals were recovered by U.S. forces in Afghanistan.

The exact whereabouts of Midhat Mursi al-Sayid 'Umar are unknown at this time, though he may be residing in Pakistan. It is highly probable that he continues to train al-Qa'ida terrorists and other extremists.

I remember this one as we searched long and hard and never could find a picture of him. Wonder where they finally found this picture at?

Don't get too excited about the picture. It is old. I had downloaded a program a bit ago that helps reconstruct faces. It is actually for 'investigators'.

He is not looking at the camera and had facial hair. This misdirects the reconstruction.

Matter of fact, if you look at most of the pictures on the FBI list, most are not looking at the camera. It's as if they all knew.

I may have him confused with another but isn't he the one that some reports listed as having reddish hair?
