(s) Ukranian? not black? media is not interested....(/s)
Nothing on AP Breaking News ticker.
This is odd...most of the time a story like this would garner some attention.
Still a regional story. They're not going to assume TROP. As soon as there's another angle to the story, it will go national.
It sounds like a gas explosion but it is a Russian Church so who knows.
Maybe they are sending someone out to make sure it actually happened before posting? Nah....
It's on Fox right now...no one hurt, church destroyed and no word what caused it...if it was gas it would be pretty obvious righ. Someone with knowledge about explosions come to my rescue here-no idea!
It has been over two hours since explosion...but who knows?
I just saw the pictures on Fox. It looks like a gas exlosion to me. There was no fire, since there is no char marks on anything.
Probably a gas explosion. I remember a restaraunt blown to bits like that once.
THe report says the highway is closed. The nearest TV station is at least 1/2 hour away. With the roads closed they may not have access.
BUMPING - monitoring.
FNC just show video of this ... there is nothing left of the church
There is nothing left of that church......however, the rectory next door, looks intact, but hard to tell.
They showed pics on FNC, it wasn't just damaged, it was destroyed. It's just a pile of rubble now.
Very sad indeed...I hope it was a gas explosion because I am going to seriously freak out if was TROP.
I live in next town. There hasn't been a request from Colchester's FD for help so there is no news on local scanners.
Hi, will you ping me with any updates on this regarding reason(S).
Keep us posted...you will no doubt hear things that I won't-live in Georgia now.
I'm sorry to say.........it was leveled.
I saw it on cnn, also.
Nothing left standing.
