Only one thing to do here - call that organization you and I both love, the BATFE, and inform them of federal felonies being committed under the law, and that we, as a civilized society and as a nation of laws, cannot tolerate illegal behavior.

Can you imagine having to go through 4 more years of this constantly nuanced, flip-flopping, two-faced crap? Why Bush must win - there aren't enough shrinks to handle the increase in mental illness that would result from a sKerry administration!

My hearing is permanantly damaged from 4 years of firing an M-16, so now I always wear hearing protection, and have prescription shooting glasses.

I believe it would be legal if an FFL dealer in WV legally transferred it to an FFL dealer in MA, then Kerry could go through the usual paperwork and background checks to buy it in MA.
However he would still have to get some kind of MA permit first and hope that his own attempt at criminalizing semi-autos was unsuccessful.

No kidding - It would be like 4 years of mental masturbation over what the meaning of the word 'is' is.

DuPont and Remington parted ways several years ago. Remington is now privately owned (IIRC). Okay, but just because they parted ways, doesn't mean the unions did. Once a union gets its hooks into a company, they stay there until they've driven that company into the ground.

In fact, the Company remains amused by ongoing photos of Senator Kerry shooting without either ear or eye protection while discharging a firearm." Felonies aside, this comment was very funny! How many gun totin' FReepers jumped right on that as soon as those photos were made public?

If Kerry accepted the shotgun - he violated the Senate Ethics Rule on gifts. Rule 35.1 limits the value of a single gift to a 'sitting' Senator at $49.99, the Remington has a MSRP of $827. Last week (Condor 51) lodged a formal complaint with the Senate Ethics Committee (link below).Ah, but you forget that mega-narcissist "rat party" loons and crooked lawyers are above these petty rules.
Laws are for the Republicans, the little people and other Untermenschen.
