If it's true, that's terrible!
Is there confirmation from a reliable news source on this?

C'mon Rodney. You can't leave us yet. You've got a thousand Kerry jokes we're waiting to hear.

The fact that he's stable and breathing on his own is good news, indeed.
He's brought smiles to many faces over the years, this one included. Prayers offered up to Rodney and his family.

Before Rodney went into the hospital for surgery, he made the observation that,
"If everything goes well, I'll be out of the hospital in a couple of weeks.
If things don't go well, I'll be out of the hospital in an hour and a half."

She said Dangerfield was receiving "extraordinary care" from his doctors and nurses. And Dangerfield is receiving "extraordinary prayers" from his fans.

Who could ever forget his cameo in the "Three Mile Island" sketch on the old SNL where he explains to "Rosalyn" how a radiation leak affected Jimmy Carter...
"Let me put it this way. He could have sex with the Holland Tunnel."

Yo, Rodney!

Before his surgery, Rodney said "If things go right, I'll be there about a week, and if things don't go right, I'll be there about an hour and a half."
We're pulling for you Rodney. Stay strong!

My favorite was "Back to School". They not only gave him a good cast to work with, but one of the best comedy scripts of the Eighties.
