That is the sort of question asked only by the intellectually inept, whose store of historical perspective, and grasp of current reality are non-existent.
My personal inclination is we don't need a 12th century perspective in our lives, but that's just me. As a compromise, I would be happy to accept them only on a one to one exchange basis. Temporal reciprocity, so to speak; but real, not manipulated. We give them freedom to teach only to the extent that they allow our representative to teach.
These Christians are out of their minds. Take a trip to an Arab nation and they will be without their heads.

If the topic wasn't so serious, I would have thought I was reading Clinton or Kerry when I read Ramadan's long "yes and no" question about morality of killing an 8-year old kid.
I do know what you mean...and I agree, the topic is deadly serious.
There are those, right here in this country, who justify the killing of the innocents. Again, long winded explanations are used that twist and turn to condone these actions.

Ramadan had claimed that "problematic" statements attributed to him were "taken out of context" during an interview. Taqiyya at work here....the interview, unfortunately for Ramadan, was tape recorded.
