How DARE you question his right to flick his tongue? Dont you know the man was in Vietnam?
He probably had a tongue injury that really was as a result of the enemy. That would have counted for a real purple heart and would have made one his fake ones unnecessary.

Did you notice that in his speech yesterday, he kept drinking water. It was very distracting. I was wondering about if he was on some medication that made his mouth dry. - When you lie your mouth will tend to go dry!
