I didn't think there was a statute of limitations on murder either!

I would agree it is a leftie judge. Any way to stick it to law enforcement. Look at that judge in New York who let a criminal out her side office door when she knew that the cops were outside her courtroom waiting to arrest him on another charge. Turns out she is notorious for scr**ing the police trying to crack down on criminals.

Yes. If he is on death row in Virginia, he will be dead in 8-10 years...not soon enough for me.

Damn stupid decision, but he is going to die anyway, and that is the ultimate goal.

Had this been California....he would be on a life sentence only.

Had this been California, he'd be back out on the streets by now searching for the "real sniper."

No. I know this judge. He is just applying the law. In criminal prosecutions there simply is not much discretion.

You have to dot your "i"s and cross your "t"s. The prosecutor screwed up here.

>>Do you know for a fact that he did not waive his right to a speedy trial?

This is a good judge. Actually, pretty much all the judges in Fairfax are good.

I can't believe that the prosecutor screwed this up so bad.

(Sigh) If we were serious about law enforcement, this guy wouldn't even have been in the country.

Yes, that is a danger. You know, I hope I don't get
kicked off the board for saying this, but if muslims could
push a button wiping out all Christians on the face of the earth, they would.

I believe we are fighting a holy war.

Am I kooky?
